Komplek Suria Kinrara became “Little India of Puchong”. This was proclaimed by one banner put up by a shop keeper. Who has the authority to do this?

Residents Association (RA)did not endorse this. The Deepavali Bazaar was proposed by an Indian shop and supported by the Management company, Mr. Vicky and Bala. The RA did set strict conditions, but the management went ahead despite not having the full compliance to the conditions. This irritated many owners and residents. Loud Indian music blasting the entire complex disturbing the peace of the residents. It was so loud that it can rupture the ear drum, if one goes near.
Rubbish was strewn everywhere on the road and the playground. A fight broke out between resident and bazaar operator.
This is how FFMS (Fadzilah & Fikri Management company) manage this place. You see for yourselves and be the judge.
Soon, the Christains will demand Christmas Bazaar, Chinese would want a Chinese New Year market and the Muslim would set up a Ramandan Bazaar and Pasar Tani. Finally, somebody will want a Pasar Malam once a week. Hey! Komplek Suria Kinrara is mainly a residential complex with 115 shops only, compared to 1016 apartment units.
Is the management company allowing this bazaar just for the sake of a few ringgit? Would the owners and residents want this?
And where did all the miscellaneous income gone to? No account is shown to RA committee member, inspite of the request made.
Do they think that this is DBKL flats or PPR?
In addition, the management company is talking to a telecommunication company to install equipment on roof top. RA committee has unanimously rejected the request. Owners should be alert to ensure that no telecommunication tower or equipment is installed on the roof top of Komplek Suria Kinrara. This is a health hazard to all residents.
Let have some order and control over the complex. Owners of Komplek Suria Kinrara must stand up and face the reality. You invested and own this place, not the management company.
If FFMS cannot manage properly, please ask them to give up gracefully, and let other more capable company to manage our property.
All owners must come forward and take control. When the JMB meeting is called, ensure your presence to appoint responsible members to the JMB.

We are not the one who played the loud indian music during the deepavali bazaar. We can prove it anywhere anytime.
This is a final warning to you for using the word "Culprit" against us. Dont push us to take further action. We are not going to keep quiet or reply you the next time we see or hear this kind of unpleasant words or anything against us, We will definetly proceed with necessary actions.
The residents in Kompleks Suria Kinrara and residents of surronding area, includes Malay, indian and chinese have complemented us for having a shop here as they need not travel far to get their household items. They thanked us personally when they come to our shop. This is NOT a hear-say word.
The other business owners here also admitted and thanked as their business has seen improvement compare to early of the year. They all are benefitting no matter what race they are.They see more people coming here and looking very high at Kompleks Suria Kinrara and not looking down at this place.
We are here for business. We have invested thousands of money in this business. All our undertakingsa are legal and we have proper documentations for whatever we do. Everything is black and white. If you would like to know anything please see us directly. Stop harrasing and irratating us. Otherwise you are leaving us no other choice than taking action against you for whatever you are writing about us and your words on us.
This is not the 1st time you have posted unpleasant comments about our shop. If you have any doubts please see us. Or see us in the monthly meeting. What is the point your write in the blogspot and talk behind our back.
You are not staying here, therefore you are not the resident of Kompleks Suria. You have rented your apartment. You dont come here daily and you don't know what is happening here.
There are so many other issues happening here at this Kompleks which you are NOT writting in your blogspot, issues that had made people to look down at Kompleks suria , for example:-
1) Drugs and weaponds found in a Waja car at back of Block A. 3 police petrol car and van full of police and Narcotic police were here for hours.
3) There are other illegal issues happening here, which i need not mention as everyone knows.
You stand agaisnt unethical Business practise. Why arent you writing about this. Don't you think that this will put down kompleks suria.
We cleared the plants at the main entrance of our shop because that is the main entrance to our shop and our customers cannot be jumping on the plant and carry their purchased items when the leaving the shop.
You are talking about going green, and important of plants. Do you know what we found when we cleared the plants???????
1) Used condoms
2) Pampers
3) Sanitary Napkins
4) Cigarette Buds
5) Rubbish - wrappers
6) Big fat rats.
Is this what you called freshness, better living community??? A green hand that loves nature with rubbish inside??????

If the owner of our shop had rented the unit to any other LEGAL business, they would have done the same (cleared the plants). Any other illegal business would not bother about all this.
It looks like that you are the one who are writing unnecessary issues and creating a bad impression on Kompleks Suria Kinrara. This clearly shows that you are one being very tricky and spoiling the suria kinrara reputation here.
The Residents of this Kompleks are educated enough and knowledgeable people, therefore they know what is right and wrong.
Please stop bugging about us and write what is necessary and important for the residents.
